About the role
- Lead CRM (HubSpot) optimization and administration to maximize revenue operations efficiency
- Develop and implement revenue operations strategy, with focus on pipeline optimization and deal desk management
- Create and maintain revenue forecasting models and executive dashboards in HubSpot
- Drive cross-functional initiatives to optimize the revenue funnel from lead generation through customer success
- Design and implement lead attribution models to measure marketing campaign effectiveness and ROI
- Establish and maintain data governance standards across revenue-generating departments
- Collaborate with Finance team on revenue planning, forecasting, and performance analysis
- Manage stakeholders effectively with the ability to push back constructively and build buy-in for strategic initiatives
- Develop deep understanding of addressable market opportunities across payroll, wealth, small business, etc verticals to inform revenue strategy and prioritization
Requirements
- 4-6 years of revenue operations experience in B2B SaaS companies
- Proven track record managing Hubspot and other revenue technology implementations
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or related field
- Expert-level proficiency in revenue forecasting and financial modeling
- Experience leading cross-functional projects and driving organizational change between Sales, Customer Success, Finance and Marketing teams
- Strong background in market analysis and go-to-market strategy
- Strategic mindset with focus on AI and automation to drive efficiency
- Nice to have: Fintech experience (not required)
