Account Manager

• You acquire new clients, maintain existing relationships, and develop tailored IT solutions
• You engage with decision-makers, identify their needs, and champion effective digital transformation
• You manage the entire sales cycle: from initial contact with prospective clients through concept and proposal development to closing and handover to project teams
• You support our existing customers, identify opportunities, and build long-term partnerships
• You work closely with our pre-sales consultants and bring technical understanding to jointly develop solutions.

• Support the sales team in acquiring new clients and expanding existing relationships
• Gradual learning process to understand how successful consulting in an IT environment works
• Reach out to potential clients, identify their needs, and conduct initial conversations
• Assist experienced colleagues with proposal preparation and presentation materials
• Manage existing clients and identify new project opportunities
• Work closely with Solution Sales and Pre-Sales Consultants to identify suitable solutions

Junior Account Manager

Business Development Rep

• First point of contact for prospective customers, opening the door to new business opportunities
• Handle incoming leads, analyze needs and qualify prospects
• Reach out to potential customers via phone, email and social selling (e.g., LinkedIn)
• Schedule meetings with the account team
• Conduct independent research on target accounts and decision-making structures
• Identify cross- and upselling opportunities and nurture prospects until they are sales-ready
• Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to provide campaign feedback and market insights

• Create, develop and implement cloud security strategies based on recognized standards such as ISO/IEC 27001, tailored to individual client needs
• Design and further develop cloud security architectures and solutions
• Conduct security analyses, penetration tests and audits in cloud environments
• Integrate new security solutions and technologies into existing IT landscapes
• Develop and implement Zero Trust models in close coordination with our clients
• Deliver training and provide technical consulting on cloud security, both internally and for our clients
