About the role

  • Serve as the dedicated P&C advisor for the Americas region
  • Act as a trusted advisor and sounding board for regional people leaders
  • Provide day-to-day performance management guidance to people leaders
  • Maintain a deep understanding of business units and operations within the region
  • Ensure our culture and values are lived throughout our teams
  • Provide guidance across the employee lifecycle
  • Resolve complex team member relations issues
  • Partner closely with the Director, Global P&C Operations
  • Provide critical input on workforce planning, succession management, and team structure

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in the field of Human Resource, Psychology, Business or a combination of relevant professional experience
  • Minimum 5 years in HR preferable, with 3+ years as a Business Partner
  • Experience in the technology industry, SaaS preferred
  • Solid functional grasp of employment laws across US and Canada
  • Proven experience challenging leaders constructively
  • Intrapreneurial, energetic, self-starter with a service-oriented mindset
  • Exceptional communication and organizational skills
  • A passion for creating work experiences people love
  • SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) or SHRM Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) preferred
