About the role
- Serve as the dedicated P&C advisor for the Americas region
- Act as a trusted advisor and sounding board for regional people leaders
- Provide day-to-day performance management guidance to people leaders
- Maintain a deep understanding of business units and operations within the region
- Ensure our culture and values are lived throughout our teams
- Provide guidance across the employee lifecycle
- Resolve complex team member relations issues
- Partner closely with the Director, Global P&C Operations
- Provide critical input on workforce planning, succession management, and team structure
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in the field of Human Resource, Psychology, Business or a combination of relevant professional experience
- Minimum 5 years in HR preferable, with 3+ years as a Business Partner
- Experience in the technology industry, SaaS preferred
- Solid functional grasp of employment laws across US and Canada
- Proven experience challenging leaders constructively
- Intrapreneurial, energetic, self-starter with a service-oriented mindset
- Exceptional communication and organizational skills
- A passion for creating work experiences people love
- SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) or SHRM Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) preferred
