Performance Marketing

• Design and lead multi-channel growth programs using SEM/paid social (Google, LinkedIn), content syndication, webinars, and high-touch events.
• Audit and optimize the “leaky bucket.” Help optimize full-funnel conversion paths, including landing pages, nurture flows, webinar sequences, and retargeting.
• Partner closely with Sales to ensure timely and effective follow-up on high-priority leads, event participants, and target accounts.
• Develop and scale contact acquisition strategies aligned to our ICPs, with a focus on building a high-quality, targetable database.
• Drive predictable pipeline growth by continuously analyzing campaign, funnel, and performance data to identify conversion bottlenecks.
• Manage the demand gen budget, optimizing spend based on Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC) and Lifetime Value (LTV) targets.
