About the role
- Manage and grow a portfolio of app publisher partners, driving mutual revenue growth and long-term success.
- Build and nurture strong relationships with partners through consistent communication across Slack, email, and video calls.
- Monitor and analyze key performance metrics (CPI, CPM, CTR, ARPDAU, etc.) to identify optimization opportunities and maximize results.
- Develop and present performance reports, insights, and Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) to partners and internal stakeholders.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Tech, and Business teams to address partner needs, troubleshoot issues, and deliver impactful solutions.
- Identify upselling and optimization opportunities to increase partner engagement and revenue potential.
- Translate partner feedback and market insights into actionable recommendations that help shape product improvements and strategy.
- Take ownership of your portfolio performance, proactively driving initiatives to exceed growth and retention targets.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in AdTech, mobile advertising, or digital marketing.
- Proven track record of growing revenue and expanding accounts, with experience working with Chinese clients being an advantage.
- Solid understanding of key industry metrics such as CPI, CPM, CPC, ARPDAU, CTR, and know how to leverage them to drive performance.
- Full ownership of work, proactively identifying opportunities and following through with impact.
- Thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment where priorities can shift and agility is key.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to turn data into actionable insights and present to partners in regular QBR meetings.
- Exceptional communicator and can clearly convey complex ideas to diverse audiences.
- Location to be based in Beijing.
