About the role

  • Provide operational support to the HR department
  • Manage and maintain document & contract management
  • Handle and resolve Tier-1 and 2 employee inquiries
  • Execute a streamlined operational onboarding experience
  • Act as primary contact for monthly payroll preparation
  • Oversee and administer absence management and employee benefits
  • Identify and support process improvements for HR operational efficiency
  • Own and audit HRIS data integrity and system configuration

Requirements

  • 3+ years of relevant HR administration/operations experience
  • Completed HR-related commercial apprenticeship or a university degree (e.g., Business Administration/HR)
  • Solid knowledge of employment contracts, onboarding processes, and HR systems
  • Strong organizational skills, accuracy, a feeling of ownership, and a structured approach to work
  • Strong communication skills and a team-player mentality
  • Proficient handling of HR systems (Personio would be a plus)
  • English and German language skills at level B2 or above
