About the role
- Provide operational support to the HR department
- Manage and maintain document & contract management
- Handle and resolve Tier-1 and 2 employee inquiries
- Execute a streamlined operational onboarding experience
- Act as primary contact for monthly payroll preparation
- Oversee and administer absence management and employee benefits
- Identify and support process improvements for HR operational efficiency
- Own and audit HRIS data integrity and system configuration
Requirements
- 3+ years of relevant HR administration/operations experience
- Completed HR-related commercial apprenticeship or a university degree (e.g., Business Administration/HR)
- Solid knowledge of employment contracts, onboarding processes, and HR systems
- Strong organizational skills, accuracy, a feeling of ownership, and a structured approach to work
- Strong communication skills and a team-player mentality
- Proficient handling of HR systems (Personio would be a plus)
- English and German language skills at level B2 or above
