Organizing and steering HR-related aspects for the opening of new regions (e.g., employment models, contractual matters, benefits, insurance, pension, benchmarks)
Create an HR Go-To-Market blueprint
Organize and support the opening of new regions with all HR-related aspects
Manage cross-team aspects and keep stakeholders informed
Organization and oversight of key annual HR cycles (e.g., performance feedback review, salary increase & promotion cycle)
Oversight and/or support of core HR processes and initiatives
Due diligence, evaluation & implementation of new tools, projects, and processes (e.g., payroll improvement, HR ticket systems, …)
Review and adjustments of existing or creation of new processes
Ensure cross-team information and stakeholder management
Special projects within HR or with cross-functional scope
Ownership of our cross-regional salary and benefits landscape in collaboration with TA, HR Managers, and the business
Teamwork: Supporting the HR team on ongoing and ad hoc matters as needed (e.g. payroll preparation)
Requirements
Experience: 7 years+ of relevant HR experience, with a track record of successfully leading projects and implementation of new impactful initiatives
Education: Completed university degree in Business Administration/HR or a comparable qualification; certificate in project-/process management is a plus
Experience in a multi-company setting, collaborating across various regions and navigating a period of significant growth and expansion
Knowledge of HR processes & cycles, HRIS systems, and operational HR topics
Experience in project management and process optimization
Strong analytical skills, a structured working style, and strong communication skills
Ability to coordinate and manage across departments and locations
English and German language skills on level B2 or above.
