About the role
- Serve as the subject matter expert for a diverse portfolio of surety claims
- Leverage strong legal, communication, investigation, and negotiation skills to drive claims to resolution
- Appreciate the sensitive nature of surety claims and possess extensive knowledge of coverage, liability, and contract interpretation
- Provide business support related to commercial surety bonds
Requirements
- Juris Doctorate
- Five or more years of experience managing surety claims.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
