About the role

  • Maintain ongoing communication and relationship management with TKM suppliers
  • Drive attendance and participation in daily Operations Huddle meetings
  • Lead and facilitate recurring supplier meetings
  • Manage suppliers to ensure delivery on operational objectives
  • Address and resolve RVNs
  • Participate in supplier quality discussions
  • Interface with Logistics and TKM Operations teams
  • Support TKM goals related to turnaround time and corrective actions
  • Provide multi-vendor training and ongoing support to suppliers
  • Serve as a key liaison between suppliers and internal support organizations

Requirements

  • 7–10 years of experience in Procurement, Purchasing, Supply Chain, or Materials Management
  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Operations Management, or related discipline
  • Proven experience managing domestic and international suppliers
  • Strong understanding of supply chain operations
  • Demonstrated ability to drive supplier performance
  • Experience resolving RVNs, quality issues, NCRs, or similar challenges
  • Ability to lead cross-functional discussions
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
  • Strong problem-solving capability
  • Proficient with ERP/MRP systems; SAP or Oracle experience is a plus
  • Ability to manage multiple suppliers and priorities in a fast-paced environment
