About the role
- Serve as a subject matter expert for Time Tracking, Attendance, Absence Management, Scheduling, and Payroll modules
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into system configuration, workflows, and functional designs
- Lead or support configuration activities, including rules setup, accrual calculations, etc.
- Understand business requirements, timelines, and dependencies to deliver solutions
- Participate in or lead project phases including plan, design, build, testing, and deployment
- Conduct system demos, prototypes, and configuration walkthroughs with stakeholders
Requirements
- 3+ years hands-on experience with Time Tracking and/or Absence Management
- Minimum two full lifecycle implementations of Time and/or Absence (design → go‑live)
- Strong understanding of Payroll concepts, time entry logic, accrual rules, and compliance requirements
- Experience with Workday API/web services
- Experience using PMM (waterfall) or similar structured project methodologies
- Strong analytical skills with ability to translate business requirements into system solutions
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
