Requirements

7+ years of experience managing Microsoft 365 services in a large enterprise environment
Deep expertise with Microsoft Teams administration
Experience administering Microsoft 365 Copilot
Extensive experience managing other Microsoft 365 services
Strong automation and scripting skills using PowerShell
Well-versed in essential Azure services
Comprehensive understanding of Microsoft 365 licensing models
Experience working with Microsoft Graph API
Proven ability to lead enterprise rollouts and implementations
Strong troubleshooting skills across identity, policy, client behavior, configuration, and service components
Proven ability to write high-quality documentation and communications
