- Serve as the primary owner of Microsoft Teams and provide technical leadership
- Accountable for administration, strategy, governance, and operational excellence of Teams

Requirements
- 7+ years of experience managing Microsoft 365 services in a large enterprise environment
- Deep expertise with Microsoft Teams administration
- Experience administering Microsoft 365 Copilot
- Extensive experience managing other Microsoft 365 services
- Strong automation and scripting skills using PowerShell
- Well-versed in essential Azure services
- Comprehensive understanding of Microsoft 365 licensing models
- Experience working with Microsoft Graph API
- Proven ability to lead enterprise rollouts and implementations
- Strong troubleshooting skills across identity, policy, client behavior, configuration, and service components
- Proven ability to write high-quality documentation and communications
