- Manage the local inventories and RMA procedure
- Achieve guaranteed up time and other parameters as sold to customers
- Promote quality improvement processes to reduce cycle time
- Drive continuous improvement of technical performance
- Guide and influence others internally in related areas or externally
Requirements
- Forecast financial, manpower, and operational requirements for key businesses
- Identify and pursue service agreement business in conjunction with marketing and sales
- Manage system start up and warranty cost
- Ensure customer satisfaction with company service and system performance
- Interview, hire, and train customer engineers as necessary
- Maintain DSO according to goal
- Establish training and career development plans
- Spot and develop managerial/other specialist talent
- Ensure appropriate safety practices among customer engineers
