About the role
- Own a defined territory plan to delivery bookings, revenue, and gross margin targets.
- Develop and execute account strategies for top regional sites; refineries, chemical plants, terminals, power/industrial facilities.
- Grow market share through cross selling and upgrading severe service, critical isolation, control valves, actuation, instrumentation, and aftermarket service.
- Build and maintain a healthy pipeline (CRM) with accurate close dates, probability, and margin visibility.
- Conduct regular site visits, lead customer meetings, and coordinate plant walkdowns to identify MRO and project opportunities.
- Support outage/turnaround planning with customers.
- Maintain strong relationships with Maintenance, Reliability, Operations, Engineering, Supply Chain and Procurement.
Requirements
- Proven experience in retaining customers and developing new business, building repeat sales, and managing a territory.
- Proven ability to develop and execute account strategies for top regional sites (refineries, chemical plants, terminals, power/industrial facilities) including opportunity mapping, call cadence, and multi-level stakeholder coverage.
- Grow market share through cross selling and upgrading.
- Experience selling control valves, actuation, instrumentation, and aftermarket services.
- Computer proficiency including MS office, SAP/ERP/P-21 a plus!
