About the role
- Provide professional and timely support to sales team and customers
- Partner with customers and outside sales team to find products and services
- Solve customer inquiries, prepare quotes, process/expedite orders & returns
- Source parts from suppliers nationwide
- Assist in generating sales by upselling, adding on, & educating customers
- Assemble hoses for walk-in customers
- Help in the stockroom & deliver orders to customers as needed
Requirements
- 1+ year customer service, inside sales, mechanical or maintenance experience required
- Hydraulic experience preferred
- High school diploma, GED or equivalent required
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office & data entry software
- Attention to detail, time management, organization, & communication
- Valid driver's license & clean driving record (MVR)
