About the role

  • Assist the General Manager to ensure that day-to-day business operations run smoothly.
  • Deliver performance feedback, set goals, and foster teamwork.
  • Supervise non-management associates and assign specified work.
  • Coach and develop shift supervisors, ensuring store-level operation performance.
  • Maintain cleanliness and adherence to brand standards.
  • Ensure cash management accuracy and timely reporting.
  • Address customer needs and resolve issues for long-term relationships.
  • Perform spot inventory counts and checks.

Requirements

  • 2+ Years experience in quick service restaurant or similar management operations
  • Strong leadership and management skills with proven ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Excellent customer service abilities and positive attitude
  • Excellent verbal and communication skills with a sharp business acumen
  • Flexible and open work schedule
  • Basic food safety understanding and practice.
  • Ability and willingness to lift/push objects weighing over 30 Lbs.
