About the role
- Helps the General Manager to ensure that day-to-day business operations run smoothly
- Responsible for delivering performance feedback, set goals, foster teamwork, and communicate business objectives
- Supervise non-management associates, assigning specified work and focusing on store operation performance
- Must perform duties in the absence of the general manager
- Motivate and positively influence staff, especially during low morale
- Ensure company policies and procedures are followed
- Maintain an awareness of brand standards and procedures
- Ensure that the restaurant looks clean and inviting
- Ensure cash management is accurate and processed daily
- Address customer needs and resolve issues
- Perform spot inventory counts and checks
Requirements
- 2 Years experience in quick service restaurant or similar management operations
- Strong leadership and management skills with proven ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Excellent customer service abilities and positive attitude
- Excellent verbal and communication skills with a sharp business acumen
- Basic food safety understanding and practice
- Ability and willingness to lift/push objects weighing over 30 Lbs.
