About the role
- Generate and qualify leads using outbound prospecting, cold calls, email, and social media.
- Build opportunities and establish strong initial connections with potential clients.
- Understand customer needs and offer tailored solutions for lasting relationships.

Requirements
- Native or fluent in German, with C1-level English proficiency.
- Proven success in outbound sales, ideally in B2B, tech, or SaaS sectors.

- Excellent time management and prioritization skills.
- Exceptional at building client-focused relationships.
- Strong persuasive and consultative selling abilities.
- Basic understanding of technology and familiarity with CRM tools.
