💰 $65,000 - $75,000 per year

About the role

  • Oversee recruitment processes, including posting jobs, screening candidates, and coordinating interviews
  • Lead onboarding and offboarding efforts to ensure smooth employee experience
  • Maintain accurate employee records in our HRIS
  • Support payroll and benefits administration, including open enrollment and vendor coordination
  • Provide guidance to employees on company policies, procedures, and HR-related inquiries
  • Support employee changes including promotions, transfers, and compensation updates
  • Ensure a seamless employee experience across all touchpoints
  • Serve as a first point of contact for employee questions (policies, benefits, payroll, etc.)
  • Support performance management processes (documentation, tracking, coordination)
  • Administer benefits programs and act as liaison with brokers/vendors
  • Support open enrollment and employee education
  • Partner with payroll to ensure accurate and timely processing
  • Handle leave of absence tracking (FMLA, state leaves, etc.)
  • Maintain and audit HR documentation and personnel files
  • Support audits (internal/external) and reporting needs
  • Assist with policy updates
  • Maintain data integrity across HR systems
  • Generate reports (headcount, turnover, recruiting metrics, etc.)
  • Support system implementations and process improvements
  • Support HR initiatives such as performance management cycles, engagement surveys, and org changes

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business, or a related field
  • 2-4 years of experience in a generalist or similar HR role
  • Experience supporting a fast-paced, high-growth environment (tech preferred)
  • Strong knowledge of HR fundamentals (employee relations, compliance, benefits, payroll)
  • Experience with HRIS platforms (UKG, or similar)
  • Solid understanding of U.S. employment laws (multi-state preferred)
