About the role
- Develop and implement effective advertising strategies for highly competitive dating products and target markets, ensuring alignment with budgetary guidelines.
- Continuously analyze and optimize ad performance using metrics like CPA, CPC, CPM, and ROI to maximize return on investment.
- Conduct competitors' research, generating insights and presenting findings to stakeholders for data-driven decision-making.
- Collaborate with designers, developers, and other specialists to bring your creative ideas for ads and landing pages to life.
- Potential to grow into a Team Lead position.
Requirements
- A strong understanding of Facebook algorithms.
- At least one year of experience with Facebook Ads tools.
- Ability to analyze key metrics and work with models like CPA, CPC, CPM, CPI, and ROI.
- Strong skills in working with spreadsheets and BI Tools.
- Good technical skills in FB Pixel and API.
- Experience managing >30k budgets in verticals with high competition.
- English B2 and higher.
- Responsibility, attention to detail, and accuracy.
- Positive mindset and challenging spirit to push boundaries.
- Will be an advantage: Experience in Dating Vertical and Tier-1 markets.
- Will be an advantage: Strong Technical skills in Tracking Systems (Keitaro, Voluum) and their APIs.
