Requirements
- 1 year in the creative field (advertising agency, copywriting, SMM) or performance marketing
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Structured approach to creative tasks
- Strong analytical and critical-thinking skills
- Data-driven creative mind
- Upper-Intermediate English
- Creativity, self-organization, and ability to generate bold ideas
- Understanding of marketing tests (will be an advantage)
- Experience in Video Production/Content Production (will be an advantage)
