About the role
- Build and maintain strong relationships with external stakeholders (founders and/or marketing executives) - you will be their main point of contact
- Understand client needs and translate them to actionable tasks for our cross-functional teams (content, design, data, ASO, Paid Media)
- Advise clients on marketing strategies and identify areas for testing and growth
- Manage our team of Account Success Managers and Coordinators, mentoring and supporting their clients
- Negotiate renewals and contract terms for key clients
- Manage projects to maximize value delivery to clients, high quality results, on time and on budget
- Set up, monitor, and optimize paid channels and performance metrics (supported by a paid media specialist)
- Work with mobile growth stack platforms and tools from user acquisition (ASO tools, Facebook, Google, Apple Search Ads), through retention (Firebase, Braze, Clevertap), monetization, and overall - we will teach you how to work with them
- Stay up-to-date with digital technologies developments - attend webinars, conferences and be an active participant in a mobile marketing community
- Participate in agency thought leadership and process development - if you have an idea how we can do things more effectively, we want to hear it :)
Requirements
- Strong Media Management and negotiation skills
- Experience leading and supporting a small but dynamic team
- 5+ years working in a digital marketing agency or a fast-growing tech startup
- 5+ years in a client-facing/ stakeholder management role
- Hands-on experience with paid media management tools (Facebook Ads, Google Ads) and other online marketing tools
- Self-starter and keen to take ownership
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong analytical and project management skills
- Strong project management team communication skills
- Nice to have: App marketing knowledge is a big bonus but can be trained but you must prove to be mobile-savvy - we will ask you what your favorite mobile apps are
- Familiarity with MMPs and in-app analytics tools (Appsflyer, Adjust, Firebase, Mixpanel, Amplitude)
- Familiarity with project management and communication tools (Asana, Slack)
- Strong reporting and data analysis skills
- Degree in business, Marketing, Advertising or relevant field
