Account Executive

• Support day-to-day management and execution across wholesale, distribution, and retail accounts
• Assist with retailer and distributor communication, follow-ups, and ongoing account maintenance
• Coordinate item set up forms, new item submissions, retailer portals, and vendor onboarding documentation
• Help manage distributor relationships including UNFI operational requests, submission, and account coordination
• Manage timelines, follow-ups, and communication across internal and external partners
• Assist with trade planning, retailer programs, and sales support initiatives
• Work cross-functionally with marketing, operations, and field teams to ensure smooth execution of brand initiatives and campaigns
• Maintain reporting, trackers, and account documentation
• Provide operational and administrative support across accounts including Whole Foods, Sprouts, Ulta Beauty, and The Vitamin Shoppe
• Assist leadership with ad hoc account projects, reporting, and sales support initiatives

Sales Account Associate Manager

Growth Marketing

• Oversee all in house and agency performance marketing efforts, including paid social, PPC, apps, podcasting, OTT, affiliate, and digital OOH.
• Oversee driving paid traffic to digital channels DTC + Amazon + Tik Tok Shop
• Manage sales results and profitability for Amazon (with Amazon agency)
• Manage sales results and profitability of Tik Tok Shop with in house team
• Develop and lead innovative and effective creative strategies to help drive both top of funnel brand awareness across all online and offline channels and drive mid/lower funnel conversion growth across digital channels
• Work hand in hand with the lifecycle, ecommerce, retail, and brand marketing teams to develop cohesive 360 marketing campaigns.
• Develop a deep understanding of our marketing funnel and attribution and use data-driven insights to prioritize, lead, and implement performance marketing strategies to drive member conversion and optimize the funnel.
• Establish and report on KPIs and forecasting that maps to company business growth objectives, keeping in mind strong ROAS or CLTV:CAC multiples
• Develop and execute media plans that meet evolving business objectives as we shift investment across the funnel from upper to lower or lower to upper funnel.
• Monitor and regularly report on paid campaign performance on an established cadence building a robust & clear attribution and marketing measurement system.
• Own and manage the creation and execution of compelling and well-written growth channel briefs that are deeply aligned with business goals.
• Conduct experiments to test hypotheses and use data to drive decision-making.
• Analyze results and iterate on strategies to achieve optimal outcomes.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to identify new growth opportunities.
• Review and propose new advertising platforms as needed.
• Promote a culture of creativity, innovation, and continuous improvement.
• Foster a culture of accountability, transparency, and excellence within the team.
