About the role
- You actively support our Inside Sales team in day-to-day operations
- You handle customer and prospect inquiries
- You coordinate the handover to the responsible colleagues
- Documentation & data maintenance on point – you reliably maintain customer master data and document processes in our systems (CRM, ERP)
- You review, process and resolve customer concerns in a factual and service-oriented manner
- You coordinate the entire order processing
Requirements
- Experience in inside sales, customer support, or an office environment
- Experience with CRM/ERP systems, MS Office, and common platforms
- Fluent English, both written and spoken
- Analytical & solution-oriented: you make decisions based on data and optimize processes
- Team player with a hands-on mentality
