• You actively support our Inside Sales team in day-to-day operations
• You handle customer and prospect inquiries
• You coordinate the handover to the responsible colleagues
• Documentation & data maintenance on point – you reliably maintain customer master data and document processes in our systems (CRM, ERP)
• You review, process and resolve customer concerns in a factual and service-oriented manner
• You coordinate the entire order processing
