• Positioning & strategy: you develop positioning and STP (segmentation, targeting, positioning) based on real market analysis and derive the marketing strategy from it
• Brand architecture: you design and manage the brand across multiple products and markets (DACH, with future scope to UK/ES/USA)
• Campaigns & launches: you design campaigns and product launches end-to-end: objective → message → channel → measurement
• Market & competitive intelligence: you turn market observation into decision-ready battlecards for sales
• Content & sales enablement: you are responsible for messages and materials (evidence, case studies, one-pagers, decks) that are clinically and economically convincing
• Channel & KPI strategy: you set the channel mix (LinkedIn, newsletter, website/SEO) and manage marketing with clear metrics
• Orchestration & budget: you manage AI, design partners, agency and event service providers and are responsible for your marketing budget (execution can be outsourced; you design and decide)
