About the role
- Operational leader and coach for Named GTM Engineers: enforce systems, forecast, and process architecture
- Drive forecasting accuracy, deal adherence, and intervention coverage across GTME team accounts
- Manage and coach team enforcing daily discipline on workflows, interventions, and client deliverables
- Own forecasting rhythm: reporting on account interventions, credit consumption lift, seat expansions, and pipeline influence
- Inspect GTME deliverables (workflows, Managed Configs, reports) for consistency and quality
- Drive accountability: enforce hygiene, detail orientation, and follow-through across client-facing GTMEs
- Scale and optimize pooled book of customers, enforce time management, and identify scalable interventions
- Partner cross-functionally with RevOps, Success, and Sales Leadership to drive client outcomes
- Demonstrate Apollo-native GTM builds live and model best practices
Requirements
- Experience running forecasts, enforcing deal adherence, and building inspection rhythms
- Experience managing and coaching GTM or RevTech teams (Named GTM Engineers, sales development leadership, RevOps, agency GTM management)
- Deep familiarity with Apollo and modern GTM stack (Clay, Salesloft, Outreach, 6Sense, Gong, etc.)
- Strong operational rigor: detail orientation, hygiene, accountability, time management across large books
- Ability to demonstrate Apollo-native outbound builds, AI workflows, and signal-based campaigns hands-on
- Experience partnering cross-functionally with RevOps, Success, and Sales Leadership
- Proven coaching and development skills for operators
- Excellent forecasting and pipeline inspection skills
