Senior Software Engineer – Orchestration Language Team

• Own a TnT subdomain: Take technical responsibility for a component—whether it's our OAuth/SSO flows, audit logging infrastructure, telemetry ingestion pipelines, or fine-grained permissions model.
• Drive features end-to-end: Write design docs, get alignment, implement, test, deploy, and monitor your work in production.
• Build for enterprise reliability: Design with observability, rollback paths, and incremental delivery in mind. Participate in on-call and postmortems.
• Collaborate across functions: Work directly with Product and Design to scope and prioritize work. Communicate clearly and async-first.
• Grow as an engineer: Contribute to code reviews, design discussions, and technical standards. Receive and give constructive feedback within the team.

Senior Software Engineer – Trust and Telemetry

Platform Engineer

• You’ll become a key contributor to the team, taking responsibility for the success of some of our subsystems.
• You will be participating on medium to large impact team initiatives, and within a year be able to execute on such projects.
• You’ll help with interviewing potential teammates.
• You’ll create technical designs that proactively address cost efficiency, security, and observability.
• You’ll deliver technical plans, one-pagers, DRs, and other artifacts.
• You’ll work with Kubernetes, GCP, Helm, Terraform, DataDog, ArgoCD, CircleCI, Atlantis, Docker (the list goes on) to deliver your work.
• You’ll be responsible for improving developer velocity across the company (leveraging frameworks like DORA) and hardening our reliability and observability.
• You’ll participate in on-call rotations and help keep all of Apollo afloat
• You’ll be fully empowered to fix the root cause of issues, and ruthlessly quell any noisy monitors

• Work directly with engineering teams to educate on the Apollo Graph Platform
• Act as a key technical adviser for enterprise customers
• Understand customer goals, technical architecture, and rollout strategies
• Devise innovative solutions to accelerate federated graph adoption
• Contribute improvements to documentation, OSS libraries, and platform from customer feedback

Staff Solutions Architect

Security Operations

• Partner with engineering teams to conduct threat modeling and security reviews on new features and architecture changes
• Establish and evolve Apollo's application security program including SAST/DAST tooling, dependency scanning, and secure coding standards
• Drive security requirements into the SDLC, embedding security gates into CI/CD pipelines
• Identify and remediate vulnerabilities in Apollo's products and APIs, with a focus on reducing systemic risk rather than one-off fixes
• Act as a security advisor for product teams building customer-facing features, particularly those involving authentication, authorization, and data handling
• Advance Apollo’s detection and response strategy in partnership with engineering and IT leadership
• Implement and maintain adherence to SOC 2 and other cloud security frameworks

• Drive automation of SecOps workflows to speed up investigation and response
• Guide secure adoption of AI across Apollo - from internal use by engineers to AI-powered product features
