About the role
- Drive critical project tasks and processes resulting in process compliance and profitability.
- Partner with experienced project managers, field teams, and clients over a project’s lifecycle to ensure a project is on track and profitable.
- Completing tasks to ensure regional leaders can predict, analyze, and communicate key metrics/results.
- Drive accountability to process consistency aligned with Harmon’s best practices.
- Apply technical expertise to mitigate loss and predict challenges proactively.
Requirements
- 5-8 years’ experience in project management or a related field
- Construction experience and knowledge applicable to the curtainwall business
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, or equivalent industry experience
- Curtainwall/glass and glazing experience required.
