Data Analyst

• Perform data analysis and support sustainment of structures, systems, and zonal analysis tasks consistent with Maintenance Steering Group – 3 (MSG-3) philosophy
• Use tools/processes, including best practices from the commercial aviation industry and current Department of Defense (DoD) guidelines to preserve overall C-5 fleet reliability
• Review and generate Engineering Requirement Reviews (ERRs) for all MSG-3 tasks (both new and old)
• Conduct investigations into C-5 fleet deficiencies and make recommendations to improve Reliability, Availability, and Maintainability (RAM)

Maintenance Data Analyst

Proposal Manager

• Coordinate and manage Fair Opportunity Proposal Request (FOPR), Task Order Requirement Package (TORP), and Request for Proposal (RFP) solicitation responses
• Build outline and compliance matrices, document templates, and briefing presentations
• Communicate clearly and frequently with team members, both internal and external to Apogee, on proposal requirements and progress
• Coordinate and manage kick-off meetings, storyboarding, writing sessions, and color team reviews
• Assist with the development of non-technical sections of the proposal content

Senior Proposal Manager

Systems Engineer

• Collaborating with information engineers to establish system information requirements for NC3 enterprise-wide or large-scale information systems.
• Designing NC3 architecture to include the software, hardware, and communications to support the total requirements as well as provide for present and future cross-functional requirements and interfaces.
• Evaluating problems of workflows, organization, and planning and developing appropriate corrective action.
• Incorporating reference models and profiles of standards into specifications for Information Management solutions.
• Collaborating with Configuration Management team to ensure requirements are incorporated into process workflows, coordinating with the NC3 community, and presenting findings/recommendations to the System Engineering and Architecture Board.

Systems Architect – Mission Engineering

• Lead technical authority for a pivotal U.S. Special Operations Command (SOCOM) program
• Responsible for leading systems engineering of a common autonomy architecture
• Drive technical integration of the autonomy architecture into a variety of small Unmanned Aircraft Systems (sUAS)
• Serve as chief technical counterpart to the Program Manager
• Design, integrate, and validate the Assured Airborne Engagement (A2E) family of systems
• Translate strategic goals into technical reality and ensure cutting-edge autonomy software is deployed on platforms used by Special Operations Forces (SOF)
• Lead the systems engineering lifecycle for the FANTOM autonomy architecture, including requirements analysis, system design, and development of a technical roadmap
• Define and maintain open architecture standards, system specifications, and Interface Control Documents (ICDs) to ensure modularity and interoperability

System Engineer

Financial Planning and Analysis

• Serve as the central coordinating focal point for all accounting actions and issues among SOF AT&L program offices, SOF AT&L-K, HQ USSOCOM, DFAS, 6th Comptroller Squadron, and other stakeholders to support Tri‑Annual reviews and ongoing reconciliation.
• Conduct formal Tri‑Annual reviews and full document reconciliation for active and expired fiscal year accounts IAW DOD FMR and DFAS guidance, including funds executed via PBAS, ABSS, and DEAMS.
• Coordinate contract follow‑up and closeout activities for contracts with active, expiring, or expired funds, liaising with SOF AT&L-K, DCMA, DFAS and program offices to resolve issues and facilitate closeout.
• Track, analyze, and report reconciliation and contract closeout metrics (documents completed, outstanding actions, status, courses of action) and provide every‑other‑month status by appropriation and fiscal year.
• Identify and escalate leadership concerns requiring external attention (systemic issues, process improvements, required training, and policy changes) and recommend corrective actions.
• Provide training and user support on Tri‑Annual review processes and related systems (General Accounting and Finance System, Integrated Accounts Payable System, MOCAS, reconciliation tools, NULO/ULO research and clearance techniques), plus perform Super Module Manager and Group Administration Manager roles.
