About the role
- Manage and coordinate aircraft installation and modification programs.
- Support planning, scheduling, and execution of aircraft modifications.
- Interface with depot, field units, contractors, and government stakeholders.
- Monitor cost, schedule, and technical performance.
- Identify risks and develop mitigation strategies.
- Support configuration management and airworthiness activities.
Requirements
- Must be a US citizen
- Must possess and maintain a Top Secret w/SCI eligibility
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Aviation Management, or related field
- Minimum 20 years of aircraft modification or sustainment experience
- Extensive experience supporting DoD aircraft programs
