About the role
- Provide expert radar and EW engineering support across system design, integration, test, and sustainment activities.
- Analyze radar and EW system performance, threat environments, and countermeasure effectiveness.
- Support requirements development, system specifications, and interface control documentation.
- Assist government leads with technical evaluations of contractor designs, test plans, and technical data.
- Support laboratory, ground, and flight test planning, execution, and analysis.
- Identify technical risks and recommend mitigation strategies.
- Support configuration management, deficiency resolution, and technical reviews.
Requirements
- Must be a US citizen
- Top Secret w/SCI eligibility
- ABET-accredited Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related discipline
- Minimum 12 years of relevant DoD radar/EW engineering experience
- Demonstrated experience supporting acquisition and test programs
