• You make sure we extract valuable insights from the flood of information and turn them into usable content.
• You review webinars, websites, specialist articles, studies and books in our topic area and record the most important content in a clear, structured way.
• You create concise summaries with core messages, examples and actionable takeaways for our target group (SMEs).
• You turn research results into concrete working templates (bullet points, script outlines, post variants, hook ideas) and enter them into our tools so designers, video production and the team can work with them directly.
• You structure and maintain our existing content (webinars, blog posts, notes, internal documents) in a clear knowledge and content database.
• You develop your own content proposals from this: blog post ideas, landing page structures, e-book concepts, webinar outlines, email series, FAQs, etc.
• You support the preparation of presentations, webinars and talks by structuring content, selecting examples and suggesting sensible sequences.
• You use AI tools purposefully to organize content faster, generate variants and test ideas — while always retaining editorial control.
• You work closely with management and our emerging marketing function and contribute your own ideas on how we can make better use of our knowledge.

• Du arbeitest gerne mit klar aufgebauten Storylines und nutzt Inhalte, Landingpages, Webinare und Funnels, um passende Interessenten anzuziehen und sie in qualifizierte Inbound-Leads zu verwandeln.
• Du planst, steuerst und optimierst Online-Kampagnen auf Meta, LinkedIn und Google mit klar definierten Zielen und regelmäßiger Auswertung der Ergebnisse.
• Du baust und verfeinerst Marketing-Funnels und sorgst dafür, dass jeder Schritt logisch aufeinander aufbaut.
• Du entwickelst zusammen mit der Geschäftsführung Texte und Botschaften für Website, Landingpages und Anzeigen, die unsere Zielgruppe in ihrem Alltag abholen.
• Du konzipierst und formulierst Inhalte für Webinare, Whitepaper, Case Studies und Blogartikel, die unsere Expertise zeigen und Vertrauen aufbauen.
• Du planst und schreibst E-Mail-Sequenzen und Newsletter, die Leads systematisch weiterentwickeln und bestehende Kunden binden.
• Du richtest ein einfaches Tracking sowie CRM-Grundstrukturen ein, wertest die wichtigsten Kennzahlen (z. B. Leads, Conversion-Rates, Kosten pro Lead) aus und bereitest sie übersichtlich auf.
• Du nutzt KI-Tools gezielt für Recherche, Ideenfindung, Strukturierung und Varianten, behältst aber stets die inhaltliche Steuerung und Qualitätssicherung in der Hand.
