Full-stack Engineer

• You will primarily work with: Laravel (PHP 8) for the backend
• Vue.js & JavaScript for interactive frontends
• Tailwind CSS for fast and efficient styling
• MySQL & Redis for high-performance data storage
• Git for version control
• Ionic/Capacitor for mobile apps
• S3/MinIO for object storage
• You will have the opportunity to actively shape the development of extensive browser clients, mobile apps, and robust backends
• Designing, developing and implementing new features for our web applications
• Maintaining and optimizing existing systems in both front- and backend
• Ensuring code quality and performance
• Active participation in code reviews and architecture discussions
• Collaborating with product management and UX/UI designers to create optimal user experiences

Customer Support

• Du bist der erste Ansprechpartner für unsere Kunden und beantwortest ihre Fragen – zu 90 % per E-Mail, gelegentlich auch telefonisch (First Level Support).
• Im Bedarfsfall greifst Du per Fernzugriff auf die Kundensysteme zu und schaust gemeinsam mit dem Kunden nach Lösungen.
• Du weißt durch deinen täglichen Kontakt zu unseren Kunden genau, wo der Schuh drückt und hilfst uns dabei, unsere Software weiter zu optimieren.
• Wenn du magst, kannst du später auch Online-Schulungen für neue Kunden übernehmen.
