About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

You ensure our brands and products present a clear, high-quality, and consistent image across all channels.
You design graphics and images for social media and for our online ads on Google, LinkedIn, and Meta.
You create graphics and screenshots for our websites.
You design whitepapers and lead magnets that support our sales and marketing activities.
You design print ads, flyers, and brochures for our software.
You build webinar slides and sales presentations that communicate our content clearly and convincingly.
You further develop the UI/UX design of our software and app.

Requirements

What you’ll need

At least 6 years of professional experience as a media/graphic designer or designer with a focus on marketing
Very confident user of the Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
Experience in both print and digital areas
Your own eye for strong design — a compelling portfolio is required
Independent, structured working style
Very good German language skills, spoken and written
Desire to work in a small, focused team without corporate politics
Experience in UI/UX design for software or apps, ideally with Figma, is a plus
Experience with design systems or component libraries is a plus
Experience in a B2B or SaaS environment is a plus
