About the role

  • S&OP responsibility: design, manage and continuously improve an effective S&OP process (monthly & weekly) with clear decision-making logic
  • End-to-end planning: integrate Commercial, Purchasing, Finance, Customer Service and Warehouse Operations into a coordinated master plan
  • Accountability for forecast quality and scenario planning for campaigns, peaks, shortages and capacity constraints
  • Further development of inventory strategy including service levels, safety stock, lead times and replenishment
  • Manage the balance between availability, capital tied up and obsolescence risk
  • Close coordination with Warehouse Operations to translate planning into inbound, capacity and peak plans
  • Establish structured escalation and decision processes to reduce firefighting
  • Manage supplier performance, shortages and disruptions in collaboration with QA/Regulatory
  • Ownership of KPIs, reporting, analytics and continuous improvement of master data, tools and processes
  • Functional and disciplinary leadership, including building and developing the Supply Chain & Planning team

Requirements

  • Several years (5+ years) of experience in Supply Chain, Planning or S&OP – ideally in e‑commerce, retail, FMCG, pharmaceutical or regulated environments
  • Proven experience establishing and running S&OP processes, including stakeholder and decision management
  • Experience in building teams, coaching and performance management
  • Very strong analytical skills (Advanced Excel required; BI/SQL advantageous)
  • Deep understanding of warehouse processes, capacity limits and operational dependencies
  • Hands-on, structured, resilient and motivated to scale a dynamically growing business
