About the role
- You support and further develop existing telemedicine partners
- You analyze partner performance and derive measures to increase growth and efficiency
- You work closely with cannabis manufacturers and support the management of collaborations
- You contribute to planning volumes, supply reliability and margins
- You identify and acquire new telemedicine partners and oversee their integration
- You support contract negotiations and the operational implementation of new partnerships
- You work on strategic projects, e.g., in the context of statutory health insurance (GKV) market entry
- You support the further development of our cannabis portfolio and the launch of new products and dosage forms
- You contribute to revenue and profit development (CM2 — contribution margin 2) in the MedCan area
- You help ensure stable supply capability and achieve financial targets
- You contribute to expanding our telemedicine partnerships and ensuring successful go-lives
- You help further develop and differentiate our product portfolio
Requirements
- Completed degree in Business Administration, Health Economics, Life Sciences, or Pharmacy
- Enthusiasm for digital health, telemedicine and/or medical cannabis
- Initial practical experience in business development, consulting, or the healthcare sector is an advantage
- Structured, analytical and independent – with a strong hands-on mentality
- Entrepreneurial mindset and a passion for driving initiatives forward
- Confident manner, strong organizational skills and enjoyment of working with diverse stakeholders
