About the role

  • You manage and further develop existing telemedicine and digital partners — e.g., health apps connected to pharmacy fulfillment
  • You identify new growth opportunities and establish long-term collaborations with telemedicine platforms and digital health providers
  • You acquire new partners and build a sustainable partner pipeline
  • You negotiate cooperation models and contractual terms
  • You oversee the onboarding of new partners and coordinate technical integration (e.g., API/integration connections)
  • You coordinate projects between IT, Operations and external partners to ensure smooth collaboration
  • You analyze partner performance as well as activation and conversion rates and derive optimization measures
  • You define and monitor relevant partner KPIs and actively contribute to increasing volume and efficiency
  • You support the growth of prescription volume through telemedicine and digital partners and the sustainable development of the partner network
  • You ensure fast and efficient integration of new partners

Requirements

  • University degree in Business Administration, Health Economics, Digital Health or a comparable field
  • Experience in Business Development, Partner Management or in building digital partnerships
  • Ideally, knowledge of the digital health, telemedicine or e‑health environment
  • Understanding of digital platform models as well as interfaces and integrations
  • Structured, analytical and independent working style — with a pronounced hands-on mentality
  • Entrepreneurial mindset, high initiative and a strong drive to advance projects
  • Confident and persuasive in negotiations and in dealing with internal and external stakeholders
