About the role

  • As our US based representative of the People team, you will also dedicate ~20% of your time to support additional cross organizational HR initiatives & Operations activities.
  • Partner with sales and marketing leadership as a trusted advisor to shape talent strategy and attract top-tier candidates for GTM and Marketing team.
  • Lead end-to-end hiring processes, ensuring a positive experience for candidates and hiring managers alike.
  • Source creatively and proactively, keeping candidate experience top of mind.
  • Own new recruiting initiatives that drive business growth and expand your skill set.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of full-cycle recruiting experience for Sales, GTM, or Marketing roles, ideally with exposure to global teams in a start-up.
  • Excellent communicator, a strong collaborator, adaptable and able to build & manage relationships with stakeholders across functions and regions in a global team.
  • Experience with Greenhouse is a plus.
