• Get them excited about new features and creative ways to use Apify.
• Jump in with engineers to fix tough problems when customers hit a wall.
• Keeping customers around and growing their accounts: Run demos, webinars, or workshops that show off what Apify can do.
• Keep an eye on how customers are doing and try out ideas to keep them engaged.
• Spot when someone’s at risk of leaving and step in to help.
• Find chances to grow accounts - think renewals, upsells, or new use cases.
• Guide promising accounts from a low-touch approach to more hands-on support.
• Make Apify better: Team up with Product, Marketing, and Sales to figure out what customers really need and push for changes that matter.
• Spot where things get tricky for users and advocate for fixes.
• Help prioritize new features that help customers excel and get the most out of Apify.

• Own end-to-end design for marketing campaigns - from concept to delivery across social media, email, blog, event materials, and presentation decks, in both static and motion formats
• Create product animations and motion graphics that show developers and businesses how Apify's tools work
• Shape how Apify's brand extends into new channels and formats as the company grows, building on the recent visual identity refresh
• Set and maintain visual standards across marketing - improve templates, establish guidelines, and fix inconsistencies before they spread
• Mentor junior designers and provide creative direction to internal and external contributors
• Collaborate with Product, Marketing, and Content teams to make sure design work aligns with campaign goals and ships on time
