About the role

  • Analyze revenue, cost and margin structures to identify profitability potential
  • Identify and implement measures to improve results (e.g., process optimizations, cost savings, efficiency improvements)
  • Analyze business processes in procurement, sales, logistics and administration
  • Develop and implement improvement projects in close collaboration with the relevant departments
  • Establish and further develop KPIs, dashboards and performance reports
  • Support management in strategic and operational decision-making through data-driven analyses
  • Monitor initiatives to ensure sustainable improvements in results
  • Participate in cross-functional projects to help advance the company

Requirements

  • Degree in Business Administration, Business Informatics, Controlling or a comparable qualification
  • Strong analytical skills and a solid understanding of business and financial interrelationships
  • Experience in analyzing and optimizing business processes is desirable
  • Confident handling of data analysis, reporting tools and Excel
  • Structured, independent and solution-oriented working style
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to support and drive cross-functional change
