About the role
- You are responsible for planning and conducting webinars and digital product presentations to acquire and retain customers
- You contribute to strategic customer development by working closely with Sales, Technical teams and Marketing
- You further develop existing customer relationships with regard to our IT services and managed services
- You identify potential new B2B customers and proactively approach them
- You monitor market and competitor trends to identify new business opportunities at an early stage
- You develop tailored solution concepts based on individual customer requirements
Requirements
- Completed commercial or technical training — ideally with an IT focus (e.g., IT systems salesperson, industrial clerk with IT experience)
- Initial professional experience in Inside Sales, sales back office or IT sales, preferably in a B2B environment
- Basic understanding of IT infrastructure and managed services, e.g., networks, security, cloud solutions
- Good English skills for communication at an international level
