About the role
- You are responsible for telephone-based acquisition and support of new customers, as well as maintaining and expanding existing customer relationships within your assigned postal-code area
- You prepare quotes, negotiate contracts and carry projects to successful completion on behalf of the manufacturer HPI
- You work closely with our internal specialist departments
- You present the benefits of collaborating with Business Unit HPI and position us as the preferred distributor and partner for our customers
- You are responsible for managing and expanding an assigned postal-code territory
- You proactively contact customers to identify and develop opportunities
- You develop effective sales and marketing strategies
Requirements
- You have initial experience in the IT environment and in indirect/channel sales
- You have the ability to develop strategies and work with KPIs
- Experience with HPI or similar manufacturers is an advantage
- You have a strong sales orientation and high persuasive ability
- Your self-confidence, communication skills and confident appearance enable you to succeed in sales conversations and customer interactions
- You place great value on teamwork, act independently and are consistently customer-focused
