• Implementing and integrating new security solutions and migrating existing ones into the managed service
• Monitoring customer systems, diagnosing and resolving issues with a focus on the Sophos product portfolio
• Regular validation and installation of security and firmware updates, proactive health checks, and maintenance of documentation
• Preparing and presenting security reports, risk assessments, and recommended actions
• Supporting strategic consulting and conducting vulnerability analyses of customer systems
• Supporting short- and long-term projects in IT security and networking, such as firewall system migrations
