About the role

  • Develop and maintain standard operating procedures, quick reference guide and other visual guides.
  • Under the direction and guidance of the Process CoE, may require to provide coaching to stakeholders to uplift capabilities in authoring standard and best practices.
  • Support COE and BU Process Excellence team in implementing knowledge management governance and framework.

Requirements

  • Min 5 years’ experience in the knowledge management field, preferably within manufacturing and supply chain.
  • Extensive experience in application of knowledge management principles and tools within an operational and / or logistics environment.
  • Experience in working with external vendors
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work
  • Good understanding of the complex competitive logistics / supply chain environment, and what effective knowledge management can enable.
