About the role
- Design and develop high-quality training materials, including e-learning modules, instructional videos, manuals, and other resources, ensuring they are engaging, accurate, and aligned with learning objectives.
- Work closely with subject matter experts and instructional designers to gather content, ensure accuracy, and integrate feedback into training materials.
- May be required to utilise various enterprise tools and/or software to create and deliver interactive and multimedia-rich training experiences.
- Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in training and development, and continuously improve training materials and approaches based on feedback and evaluation.
Requirements
- Min 5 years’ experience in the knowledge management field, preferably within manufacturing and supply chain.
- Proven experience in designing and developing training content, preferably in a corporate or educational setting.
- Strong writing and editing skills
- Proficiency in using e-learning authoring tools and multimedia software
- Attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work
- Strong understanding of the complex competitive logistics / supply chain environment, and what effective knowledge management can enable.
