• The Superintendent sets and manages client expectations
• Manages all subcontractors and vendors according to the project schedule
• Oversees material delivery
• Develops and maintains successful relationships with the project team, subcontractors, and homeowners
• Verifies that the quality of each phase of finished work exceeds company standards and homeowner expectations
• Coordinates with all project personnel to provide a safe jobsite per OSHA requirements
• Maintains and posts all documentation in accordance with company policies
• Communicates with project team and homeowners by phone and email daily
