About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

The Superintendent sets and manages client expectations
Manages all subcontractors and vendors according to the project schedule
Oversees material delivery
Develops and maintains successful relationships with the project team, subcontractors, and homeowners
Verifies that the quality of each phase of finished work exceeds company standards and homeowner expectations
Coordinates with all project personnel to provide a safe jobsite per OSHA requirements
Maintains and posts all documentation in accordance with company policies
Communicates with project team and homeowners by phone and email daily

Requirements

What you’ll need

Previous construction experience preferred, but will train the right candidate
Experience with PSA, XactAnalysis, and Xactimate a plus
Level 1 certification in Xactimate or willingness to obtain
Maintain professional appearance at all times
Ability to enter confined spaces, climb on roofs, and lift up to 75 lbs
Valid Driver’s License & eligibility to work in the United States
Ability to pass a background check and drug screen
No felony convictions
