About the role
- Analyze and understand SNF time clock data and how it affects CMS PBJ requirements
- Present analytical findings to clients for staffing decisions
- Complete monthly analytical PBJ reviews with assigned facilities
- Provide regular Operator updates and communication
- Respond to questions related to PBJ submission process
- Ensure timely and accurate data processing
Requirements
- 2-3 years office work experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Suite (Outlook, Teams, Word)
- Excel skills - proficiency in Pivot Tables, basic formula knowledge (i.e. VLOOKUP, XLOOKUP)
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Basic SQL knowledge a plus.
