Payroll

• Oversee Payroll Processing - Ensure timely and accurate processing of all payrolls.
• Review, audit and approve all payrolls to be finalized.
• Confirm that all ACH submissions were successful daily.
• Maintain processor assignments to accommodate onboardings, vacation/sick/holiday coverage and balanced workloads.
• Provide daily assistance to team and Supervisors on items requiring higher level of experience.
• Implement/maintain policies and procedures for payroll processing teams.
• Identify core issues and areas for improvement.
• Implement and document new procedures and train teams on them.
• Leadership, Management & Accountability - Oversee workflow of payroll team.
• Ensure processes are running and schedules are being adhered to.
• Assist with other areas of department as necessary.
