Consultant

• Executes tasks in support of EHS programs with strong direction and guidance from the Program Managers and National Practice Leader.  The work may include compliance auditing, management system auditing, regulatory assessments, sampling, and report writing.
• Ability to understand and build business with existing and new clients based on their specific needs.
• Write professionally and technically proficient reports to provide quality deliverables for clients.
• Provide recommendations for controls and corrective actions based on sampling results, auditing results and regulatory requirements.
• Assists with compliance assurance audits, including data collection, employee interviews area walkthroughs, and risk assessments.
• Assists with regulatory inspections and internal/external audits.
• Supports on as-need basis during disaster/urgent response efforts at client facilities.
• Develop industrial hygiene sampling plans, coordinate, and execute sampling with operations, maintenance, and other groups.
• Support development and/or review and revision of safety compliance programs such as Hearing Conservation, Respiratory Protection, Tier II Chemical Inventory, LOTO etc.
• Prepare technical documentation related to EHS Management Systems
• Familiarity with ISO Management System Standards
• Provide regular status updates to client site contacts and stakeholders, as well as internal stakeholders.

EHS Associate Consultant III

Civil Engineer

• Serve as Engineer of Record for Structural Portions of Projects: Responsible for structural components of design efforts.
• Structural Department Member: Work alongside with other structural engineers, structural designers/draftsmen, structural inspectors, and our Structural Department Manager.
• Coordination with other in-House Disciplines: Coordinate with other departments at WEC including Civil and Environmental on multi-disciplinary projects.
• Coordination with Consultants: Assist in the contracting and coordination with outside services including surveying, geotechnical engineering and mechanical, election and plumbing professionals.
• Technical Oversight: Oversee project design activities, reviewing plans, calculations, and specifications.
• Client & Stakeholder Communication: Assist the Structural Department manager with contact for clients, contractors, and agencies.
• Construction Administration (as applicable): Oversee construction engineering inspection (CEI) activities, coordinate with construction teams, review contractor submittals, and ensure compliance with project specifications.

Structural Engineer

• Requires project management skills with the ability to coordinate multi-disciplinary teams to maintain project budgets and schedules with knowledge of contract requirements.
• Analyzes, prepare and/or modify all aspects necessary for projects to include data, reports, maps, drawings, blueprints, tests, aerial photographs, etc. to plan and design project.
• Calculates cost and determines feasibility of project based on analysis of collected data.
• Must learn locally approved engineering, utility and water resource requirements.
• Uses computer assisted engineering and design software and equipment to prepare engineering and design documents.
• Communicate effectively with fellow team members, clients, and regulatory agencies, and work as part of a team.

• Ensure the integrity and performance of operating systems and computer networks, keeping systems running smoothly.\n• Perform routine maintenance like backups, file recovery, patching, and system upgrades to keep our tech infrastructure secure and up to date.\n• Configure software and solve technical issues to ensure seamless operations.\n• Manage and track IT equipment while maintaining and optimizing our Active Directory environment.\n• Build and implement Group Policies in AD to implement security policies.\n• Oversee email, anti-virus, virtual hosting, software deployment, SAN/NAS, and backup solutions.\n• Manage and configure advanced infrastructure solutions, including Azure, O365, telephony, and more.\n• Enforce and uphold infosec policies to protect company data and systems.
