About the role

  • Ensure the integrity and performance of operating systems and computer networks, keeping systems running smoothly.\n
  • Perform routine maintenance like backups, file recovery, patching, and system upgrades to keep our tech infrastructure secure and up to date.\n
  • Configure software and solve technical issues to ensure seamless operations.\n
  • Manage and track IT equipment while maintaining and optimizing our Active Directory environment.\n
  • Build and implement Group Policies in AD to implement security policies.\n
  • Oversee email, anti-virus, virtual hosting, software deployment, SAN/NAS, and backup solutions.\n
  • Manage and configure advanced infrastructure solutions, including Azure, O365, telephony, and more.\n
  • Enforce and uphold infosec policies to protect company data and systems.

Requirements

  • Bachelor'\u2019s degree in a related computer field is preferred.\n
  • At least 7 years of experience as a systems administrator.\n
  • Must have at least one professional certifications such as MCSE, VMware Certified Professional, or similar.\n
  • Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite and advanced PowerShell scripting.\n
  • Expertise in the installation, configuration, and repair of Servers, Workstations, and Laptops.\n
  • Skilled in Active Directory administration and configuration, and DNS/DHCP/TCIP setup.\n
  • Solid experience with email systems, antivirus, virtual servers, patching, software deployment, SAN/NAS, firewalls, and backup administration.\n
  • Experience with Azure, O365, telephony design and administration.\n
  • Experience with virtual desktop infrastructure configuration and management.
