About the role

Ensure the integrity and performance of operating systems and computer networks, keeping systems running smoothly.\n
Perform routine maintenance like backups, file recovery, patching, and system upgrades to keep our tech infrastructure secure and up to date.\n
Configure software and solve technical issues to ensure seamless operations.\n
Manage and track IT equipment while maintaining and optimizing our Active Directory environment.\n
Build and implement Group Policies in AD to implement security policies.\n
Oversee email, anti-virus, virtual hosting, software deployment, SAN/NAS, and backup solutions.\n
Manage and configure advanced infrastructure solutions, including Azure, O365, telephony, and more.\n
Enforce and uphold infosec policies to protect company data and systems.

Bachelor'\u2019s degree in a related computer field is preferred.\n
At least 7 years of experience as a systems administrator.\n
Must have at least one professional certifications such as MCSE, VMware Certified Professional, or similar.\n
Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite and advanced PowerShell scripting.\n
Expertise in the installation, configuration, and repair of Servers, Workstations, and Laptops.\n
Skilled in Active Directory administration and configuration, and DNS/DHCP/TCIP setup.\n
Solid experience with email systems, antivirus, virtual servers, patching, software deployment, SAN/NAS, firewalls, and backup administration.\n
Experience with Azure, O365, telephony design and administration.\n
Experience with virtual desktop infrastructure configuration and management.
