Execute the Apartment Life service plan and ensure excellence in programming delivery
Work with Apartment Life supervisor to prepare a monthly schedule to serve through events and programming
Serve several downtown Nashville, TN communities and deliver resident events and activities
Welcome new residents and provide elevated acts of care
Plan high-end events each month, handle marketing, and manage social media elements
Steward resident relationships, program funds, access to clubrooms, and partnerships with non-profits, local churches, and businesses
Perform administrative duties, reporting, and calendar creation
Coordinate logistics: shopping for events, connecting with vendors, and managing supplies
Ensure core values guide decision-making and contribute to regional goals in recruiting, growth, people impact, client relationships, and operations
Requirements
2+ years of experience in outreach and/or ministry helpful but not required
Bachelor's degree preferred but not required
Ability to communicate with and coordinate partnerships with local businesses
Excellent listening and communication skills both written and verbal
Ability to provide flexible service hours as needed
Event planning skills, including administration

Be 18 years of age or older
Be legally eligible to work in the United States (at least one coordinator if serving as a team)
Have basic fluency in English to compose marketing elements and required reports (at least one coordinator if serving as a team)
Possess a current driver’s license and liability insurance, and access to reliable transportation
Be physically able to use stairs, bend, sit, stand, stoop, carry up to 25 pounds (at least one coordinator if serving as a team)
Ability to pass a criminal background check
Availability to commit weekly hours and a minimum 2-year term commitment
Have access to their own computer for email, calendar, and reporting; personal phone required for supervisor communication (not required for resident communication).
Benefits
The coordinator will be paid hourly for their services.
Part time role: 16 hours per month.
Flexible scheduling (can be completed during business hours, evenings, and weekends).
